No Comments Board of Directors

Matthew Brooks is Partner and operations lead at South Park Project Management Inc.— a construction management firm based in downtown Toronto. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Music degree from U of T and earned a Master of Music degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He recently completed a Passive House Institute certification (2021).

Matt’s work has been a core component in critically acclaimed renovations and new build projects across the GTA. The firm’s work has been published in magazines such as Canadian House & Home, Modern Builder and Design, Green Building & Sustainable Strategies Magazine, North American Builders, and more.

Matthew also co-owns Ohso Studios Inc. with his wife and partner Paula Arciniega, a boutique arts production/consulting company based in the west end of Toronto, which operates out of their live/work studio space. Ohso Studios strives to foster community and connections through the support of, and collaboration with, our arts community and local artists.

Matthew’s vision and sense of order stems from his professional orchestral training. The musical world of creativity, balance, and harmony translates intuitively into the world of custom home building: the co-operation, discipline, and synchronization of a dynamic team of skilled professionals brought together on a custom project mirrors the collaborative and orderly production of a symphony orchestra. Matt strives for this sense of balance in all aspects of his work.
