CHRISTMAS IN OLD EUROPE was composed in memory of Gabriel’s late grandmother Hedwig. Singing with her on Christmas Eve remains one of Gabriel’s most cherished memories and this setting of her favourite Hungarian and Polish carols is both thrilling and tender. Christmas in Old Europe is a treat for audience and performers alike. Themes include ‘Today in Bethlehem,’ ‘Holy Night,’ ‘Let us Rejoice,’ ‘Angel From Heaven,’ and more, joining together to create a beautiful and thematic piece.
