A proud alumna of the Hannaford Youth Band, Karin Anderson is thrilled to be a part of the HSSB community once again. Karin holds a BMus in Trumpet Performance from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate diploma in Arts Administration from the University of Western Ontario. 

Karin is an energetic, outcome-oriented, and thoughtful leader with demonstrated skills in operations, event management, and customer service. She has more than 6 years experience within the non-profit, arts, and education sectors, most notably through her work with the Toronto Children’s Chorus, The Toronto Summer Music Festival, and Opening Day Entertainment Group.

Presently, Karin is the Director of Operations at Stage TEN; a media and technology company leading the way in interactive live video and commerce. Stage TEN’s platform supports creators and artists alike and marries Karin’s passion for the arts with her organizational and collaborative prowess.

In her free time, Karin spends as much time as she can outdoors, enjoys live music and shows at every opportunity, plays trumpet in the contemporary folk project, Ten Kills the Pack, and loves diving into new TV shows with a new recipe at the ready.
